Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your pet needs!

Here’s some important information about our ordering and delivery process:

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 7 – 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery to your home or office within 2 – 5 days, depending on your location within South Africa.

Please note that we no longer offer order collections due to security reasons.

For deliveries within South Africa:

• Orders over R2000.00 qualify for FREE delivery.
• Standard delivery within South Africa is R90.
• For orders that include Pet Beds, standard delivery within South Africa is R175

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery with our courier partner, please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please reach out to us as soon as possible by emailing hello@rebarkablepets.co.za and include your order number along with a photo of the item’s condition.

We take damaged items seriously and handle each case on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured; we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for you. Should your item be delivered damaged please send us an email along with a picture of the damaged goods.
